Future Financial Advisers

We have a proven track record of training and developing new industry entrants into young advisers.

Our trainees will be supervised as they work on live client cases, before progressing into skilled paraplanners who can fully support our advisers. As much as possible, we try to involve our trainees in decision-making around real-life client situations. As we see progression, there will be increased involvement in client meetings.

Once qualified, you will be a regulated GP3 adviser! We’ll help you get off your feet, whilst also expecting to see initiative in growing your own client-bank. Along the way, we will endeavour to support with compliance, leads and referrals, and ultimately use of the paraplanning team.

Non-Client Facing Opportunities

We also offer opportunities for individuals who prefer computers to clients! If you’re more interested in non-client facing roles, a good adviser-support team is essential in maximising the chances of best client outcomes. There will always be a need for skilled administrators, paraplanners, tech specialists and compliance oversight as the company grows.
